Diagnostics¶
Online diagnostics¶
The main function in TrackEddy has multiple options to output diagnostics (Default: False):
- “all” or True : Outputs all diagnostics.
- “ellipse” : Outputs just the ellipse fitting diagnostics.
- “contours” : Outputs the masking of the dataset diagnostic.
- “2dfit” : Outputs the 2D gaussian fitting diagnostics.
- “gauss” : Outputs the minor and major axis gaussian fitting diagnostics.
- “time” : Outputs the time tracking diagnostics.
- False : Doesn’t output any diagnostic.
