Online diagnostics¶
The main function in TrackEddy has multiple options to output diagnostics (Default: False):
“all” or True : Outputs all diagnostics.
“ellipse” : Outputs just the ellipse fitting diagnostics.
“contours” : Outputs the masking of the dataset diagnostic.
“2dfit” : Outputs the 2D gaussian fitting diagnostics.
“gauss” : Outputs the minor and major axis gaussian fitting diagnostics.
“time” : Outputs the time tracking diagnostics.
False : Doesn’t output any diagnostic.
